bacon eggs sausage pancakes butter syrup toast..FOOD!!!!! the body cant tell the difference between fat from a snickers bar or fat from salmon….fat sugar protein carbs sugar- this is food, eat it…enjoy life…..LIFT WEIGHTS AND SWIM AND HIKE AND RUN…you over think things Natalie, thats why your unhealthy and stringy looking…

My favorite brekfest is shredies with fresh strwberriers rasins 2% milk and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar! I’m not a big egg or meat person but I hav heard that eating meat allows ur matabulisim to work better aheinst fat lol great bid they all look yummy

Ok well the second I got into this I heard you say that things like meat and sausage is bad. Do not listen to her it is very good to start the day off with this kind of breakfast high in protien and a little fat is good for you the reason I am giving this one stars is that it is important to eat breakfast and that it is not healthy to follow the sterotype that she is following that bacon egg and cheese sandwiches come from fast food not if u make them at home with organic ingrediants.

usually, i have two peices of toast with uncle tobys fibre bites. Unless i am going to the gym, in which case, i might have a little bit more to eat. but one time i actually, had guarana-coffe before i went to the gym. Not a good idea :S

On the funny side of this video, you seem to refer back to “hemp” alot. You got ya hemp protein. I didnt know you could go wholegrain with the green. Might have to fix my self a hemp protein shake. Not sure of the side affects, but im always trying :)
