So the woman at the beginning has tried all diets.I bet she tried them all for 2 weeks max.Fat people are fat because they wan’t to be comfortable not fit.These people are lazy,have no willpower and absolutely no patience.

kiky90 June 25, 2010 at 10:36 am

@Chaaarge sine u don’t read the part where it says that BMI is not working for pregnant and muscular people:)

bababababarann June 25, 2010 at 11:28 am

@xyz10439
ooh thank you !

xyz10439 June 25, 2010 at 11:42 am

@Chaaarge That´s the problem – the BMI ignores the muscle mass (and muscles do weight more than fat).

xyz10439 June 25, 2010 at 12:23 pm

@bababababarann UK 14 = German 42, UK 16 = german 44

How can you spent 20000 pound in diet products? Count calories and fat and do some exercise. Then – with some willpower- you have a diet for free! It can really be that easy!
That woman (lisa) has seroius issues.

Eating less also slows down your metabolism. So, eat less junk (don’t stop the junk or you’ll more than likely binge) eat right and exercise.

bababababarann June 25, 2010 at 2:31 pm

does someone know what size 14 and 16 in german sizes are?
i would like to know if its actually the same as here!

SexyAlien2 June 25, 2010 at 3:12 pm

How ironic that the only time she did not watch her diet is when she would’ve need it the most : while pregnancy. What a selfish lady.

imsocool1140 June 25, 2010 at 4:03 pm

its all gentetics

viannafin June 25, 2010 at 4:15 pm

That Nocturnal sleep related eating disorder would be a pain in the ass to have. :D

viannafin June 25, 2010 at 5:08 pm

Thinking that you can eat anything when you’re pregnant is quite irresponsible. What you eat affects the baby as well. If you choose high-calory foods with little nutritional value you’re not supporting the baby’s growth in the best possible way. Instead you should choose a healthy diet and exercise – if you really want the best start for your baby. And it will not be as hard getting rid of the extra weight after giving birth.

Do they really say in Britain, that there are more fat people than anywhere else in Europe? In Germany they tell us too that we Germans are the fattest in whole Europe. Maybe they do that in France and Denmark too. Just to shock people.

mslearngymnastics June 25, 2010 at 6:07 pm

@koinkidink99 eating less actually doesn’t help it makes your liver(i think thats the orgin i am looking for lol) think you are dying and starts storing all your body fat!!=O

mslearngymnastics June 25, 2010 at 6:40 pm

@musiclistened83 Lol… thanks!!

koinkidink99 June 25, 2010 at 7:07 pm

honestly it is not that freaking hard to loose weight. eat less. eat right. exercise. not. that. fucking. hard.

musiclistened83 June 25, 2010 at 7:15 pm

1 uk stone = 14 lbs
(ie 8st = 112lbs)
uk sizes are 2 sizes higher than us sizes
(ie uk10 = us6)

mslearngymnastics June 25, 2010 at 7:23 pm

A stone is like worth 1 pounds right?

Sherry78 June 25, 2010 at 7:33 pm

exercise is not enough, you must have eaten less or cut out all the junk.
